Hustle is supposedly throwing another art shoe/skateboard contest on June 2nd. There will be 4 judges, Dave Jeff, Terry Kennedy, Stevie Williams, & Anthony Gilbert of Sole Collector.
Sneaker Rules: You must do 2 pairs of sneakers. Any kind of sneakers! You will be judged on design, creativity, concept, and most importantly NEATNESS!
Skateboard Rules: You must do 1 board, it must be regulation size and you must do it at the bottom side?.... you get no point for doing the top?(Is there a top and bottom to a skateboard)? You will be judged on design, creativity, blah, blah, blah.(Same as Sneaker rules)
Winner: will receive a BTP prize pack and their work displayed in Concrete Wave Mag, Slam X Hype, and 2 other special magz!.....(secret)
To Enter: email Tricksdopekicks@gmail.com with your name, number, and event you are competing in (Skateboard or sneakers). You can do both!!! Final product is due 2 hours before event starts! So start early....
It sounds fun and I may be there if I don't have college prep or something.Chances are I'll be there though! I hope to see some great art, characters, and other stuff.
